Completed training at the University of Oxford, among others. In the profession since the age of 19. He has worked with public institutions in Poland, as a Senior Mental Health Clinician in the Australian public health system, and with clients across Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Scandinavia and Australia. Practice areas: children and families (ASD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, couples and parenting difficulties) and forensic psychology — criminal and family court cases, expert reports, screening assessments, and high-stakes cases involving serious offending and severe addictions. Author of a support framework modelled on Australian standards: the person at the centre, jointly agreed goals, a time-limited plan and progress evaluated with screening tools. President of the Main Board and Director General of ICI partner organisations: the Psychopedagogical Association and the Psychology Counselling Association. BA in Counselling (care and counselling pedagogy). A mental health clinician in Australia with NDIS experience (support and mental health). She works with families and adolescents, in early developmental support, ASD, ADHD, dementia and crisis intervention, as well as cases involving sexual harm. Author of social projects and of a parental-competence training programme used by participants referred by common courts — valued for its individualised, practical approach rather than a template. In her practice she combines CBT techniques with systemic and psychodynamic approaches. At ICI she is responsible for the code of ethics, misconduct procedures and the integrity of the public registry. Languages: Polish and English.
